Apology to Jennie ....

Recently we broadcast some damaging and defaming remarks concerning Jennie's professional ability and personal integrity.  These remarks were due to the frustration and annoyance we were experiencing at not being able to see eye-to-eye with her about how best to "do Stackridge" and how to reincorporate Andy Davis and Mutter Slater into the fold.

We now concede that we presented a wholly one-sided and distorted picture. 

Whilst we've sometimes disagreed with Jennie when it came to the direction in which she was endeavouring to steer the ship we are aware that she has single-handedly created a new profile for Stackridge in the New Millennium that has been universally well-received by the music press and fans alike.

She has also single-handedly organised the successful distribution of merchandise worldwide and the sale of goods over The Internet that has created a real foothold for the band in the lucrative markets of Japan, Europe, America, besides the UK itself.

Also, of course, she has single-handedly made it possible for us to communicate with all you Stackridge Supporters around the globe by creating, organising and maintaining the engaging web-site you now see.

Jennie - we're sorry about the upset and distress we've caused you. 

Let's all work towards a reconciliation in 2002.
